Caroline W. Nahas, Managing Director, Korn/Ferry International

Caroline W. Nahas is Managing Director of the Southern California offices of Korn/Ferry International and a member of the Firm's CEO and Board Services Practice.

Ms. Nahas specializes in recruiting Presidents, CEOs and board members for clients ranging from multinationals to start-ups across a wide variety of industries. Her experience also includes leading CEO assignments for leading not-for-profit organizations, working closely with Search Committees to attract top talent to their institutions. She is recognized among the top 100 recruiters in the United States, according to The Career Makers.

Ms. Nahas currently serves on the Board of Directors of DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE:DIN).

Active in many civic groups, Ms. Nahas is the corporate board chair for United Way of Greater Los Angeles. She also serves on the Board of Visitors and Executive Committee for the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

She is a member of the Trusteeship and the International Women's Forum, a worldwide network of preeminent women. She is a frequent speaker, media spokesperson and author on leadership and board development.

In 2010, she received the "Legacy Award" from NAWBO-LA (National Association of Women Business Owners), recognizing a woman whose contributions and achievements have created opportunities for the next generation. She was also recognized nationally by her peers, receiving the Association of Executive Search Consultants, Eleanor H. Raynolds Award, based on a career of excellence in executive search, as well as an ongoing dedication to volunteerism and improving the community.

Ms. Nahas received a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
